Our bi-directional furnace is the first of its kind in the USA. It is
computer-controlled and capable of reliably consistent parts.
Our bending furnace can produce bent tempered glass in the following ranges:
- 5mm through 10mm thick (3/16" through 3/8")
minimum radius 40"
- 12mm thick (1/2")
minimum radius 59"
- 15mm and 19mm thick (5/8" and 3/4")
minimum radius 118"
- size range for all thicknesses:
23" to 96" wide (girth)
16" to 144" long (height)
