Glass Stair treads and handrail

This is in the lobby of the new Azure condos in downtown Dallas.  M3 Glass Technologies supplied the glass treads, as well as the handrail on the stairs.  We also produced the flush-mounted handrail glass that spans the first and second floors, as seen in the second photo.  This job was produced for, and installed by, Alecom Metalworks.

Nashville Firefighters' Memorial

This is a new memorial honoring all the Nashville firefighters who have lost their lives in the line of duty.  Since the Nashville Fire Department started in 1860, 61 firefighters and emergency medical technicians have lost their lives in the line of duty.  This memorial was unveiled Nov. 20, 2007 at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center in downtown Nashville.  M3 Glass Technologies produced the glass using the DecoTherm digital ceramic frit glass decoration process.  The images contain photos and text. This glass was produced for Architectural Glass Art, Inc. in Louisville, KY, and  installed by Evans Glass Company in Nashville, TN.

Curved Shower Door with curved arch-top transom

The transom above this curved door presented a challenge, as it also has an arched top.  Thanks to excellent measuring and pattern-making by the installer, the result was outstanding.  This door and transom were installed by Platinum Glass Corporation in Plano, TX.  This home was featured in the Plano Parade of Homes.  This door was featured in Glass Magazine's Bath Enclosure Idea Book in July, 2007.

Doors for FBI Office:

Two pairs of these doors were made for the FBI office in San Antonio.  These doors were manufactured by M3 Glass Technologies using the DecoTherm digital ceramic frit glass decoration process.  The design was provided by the customer in digital format and was permanently fired onto the glass during tempering.  The result is far superior to a sandblasted logo in quality, resolution, and durability.  You can learn more about DecoTherm in the "M3 Products" section of this web site.
