Michael is responsible for all glass fabrication: optimization and cutting, polishing, beveling, drilling, cnc, and tempering. Michael joined our team in early 2005 and has a great deal of glass fabrication, management, and tempering experience.  Michael's leadership and customer-service attitude drive M³'s production department.
 

Jeff was promoted to this job in  2007.  Jeff has proven himself as a valuable member of our team since 2005, working in shipping and receiving.  Jeff is the Production Manager's assistant and supervises all personnel on the floor to get our products out on-time and correct.

Matt joined us in 1977 at the age of 16. He has worked his way up through the company and brings valuable experience to our team.  Matt is our CAD and CNC specialist and all-around troubleshooter.  He is the go-to guy for our newest product: bent tempered glass.

Mike came on board in 2007 to oversee our decorative glass product, DecoTherm.  He has many years of manufacturing and customer service experience.  Under Mike's leadership, we expect DecoTherm to fulfill its vast potential as the best decorative glass option available. 

Mike also oversees our brand new glass lamination system.

Roger joined our team in 2008.  We are excited to finally have him - more bio soon.

Richard has been with us since 1984, when he started as an auto glass installer.  He soon moved inside to customer service, and his focus is now on meeting your needs and taking care of the details involved in getting your order correct and on-time.

Rick is well-known in our industry for his product knowledge, his customer service attitude, and his problem solving skills.  We are glad that Rick finally joined us in 2006 (we have been trying for years...)!

Dana joined us in 2006.  She brings industry experience, a great attitude, and she is ready to serve you with a smile.

Jonathan joined us in September, 2007.  He is new to the glass industry, and we are glad to have him on the team, as well.

Alfonso has worked with us since 2000.  He started in the glass cutting department, and now is our optimizing expert.  Alfonso was featured as a "rising star" in the glass industry in Glass Magazine, and has also written for Glass Magazine. Click here to see the articles.

Harry has worked as a CSR for many months, and now has transitioned to our production control office.  Among other things, he is responsible for optimizing all the glass for our cnc cutting equipment.

Kent coordinates all aspects of deliveries, CPU, shipping, and receiving.  He also expedites anything that needs special attention.
