Larry has been in the glass industry since 1979 and has a highly successful track record. He was the Manufacturing Manager at Arch from 2006-2010, and prior to that he was the Assistant General Manager at Oldcastle for 12 years, after working his way up in the company for 15 years. We are excited to have him join us, we know he will have an immediate impact.
 

Jeff has proven himself as a valuable member of our team since 2005, working in shipping and receiving. Jeff closely with the Production Manager to get our products out on-time and correct.
 

Shane came to us from Cardinal IG, where he was cutting and tempering manager. He brings valuable experience to our team.

Greg was DecoTherm’s Design Studio Manager for 5 years in Buffalo, NY. Prior to that he worked for a graphic communications company for 11 years, completing the last 5 years as Creative Manager. Greg has a Master's Degree in Creative Problem Solving (CPS) and a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from the State University of New York College at Buffalo. He has won design awards including the 1998 Allentown Art Festival Poster contest. Greg has facilitated CPS for many diverse clients including students, teachers, counselors and business professionals. Greg firmly believes Brett Hull's Skate was in the crease and therefore no goal...

Matt joined us in 1977 at the age of 16. He has worked his way up through the company and brings valuable experience to our team.  Matt is our CAD and CNC specialist and all-around troubleshooter.  He is the go-to guy for our newest product: bent tempered glass.

Mike came on board in 2007 to oversee our decorative glass product, DecoTherm.  He has many years of manufacturing and customer service experience.  Under Mike's leadership, we expect DecoTherm to fulfill its vast potential as the best decorative glass option available. 

Started in the glass industry in the 1980’s on a part time basis in credit with San Jacinto Glass Industries of Houston, Texas. My only request of San Jacinto’s President, Mr. Dave Riley, was not to ask me to sell glass. He honored that request for about 4 months. Then began a sales career in the glass industry with on the job training coming from “Great Glass Contractors” throughout the state of Texas. Later stints with Pilkington LOF, AFG Industries, and Gardner Glass Products allowed me the opportunity to meet a national group of “Great Glass Men and Women”. The people in our industry are what have made this a great occupation and to whom I feel a great indebtedness. All the guilty know who they are; and I wish to thank them for their kindness to me and my family. I have 3 tremendous kids and an avid love of all sports that keep me active when I am not enjoying the daily business of SALES REPRESENTATIVE for the Mammens at M3 Glass Technologies.

Richard has been with us since 1984, when he started as an auto glass installer.  He soon moved inside to customer service, and his focus is now on meeting your needs and taking care of the details involved in getting your order correct and on-time.

Rick came to M3 in 2006 with 10 years Retail Glass & Glazing experience, as well as 15 years with a fabricator of Tempered Glass and IGs. Rick is married with 2 grandchildren, 2 sons, and 1 daughter. "I enjoy living in the country and working on home projects, classic cars, hot rods, & Harley Davidsons. I like creative contemporary architecture, and listening to Texas music Artists, blues, and rockabilly twang."

Jonathan joined us in September, 2007.  He is new to the glass industry, and we are glad to have him on the team, as well.

Alfonso has worked with us since 2000.  He started in the glass cutting department, and now is our optimizing expert.  Alfonso was featured as a "rising star" in the glass industry in Glass Magazine, and has also written for Glass Magazine.

I came on board with the Mammen family in February of 2006 as a customer service representative in the retail department bringing two years prior glass experience. About a month later, I transferred to the accounting team. I look forward to helping out anyone or any department that needs my help, as well as going above and beyond for our customers. Each day brings new products and challenges and each one is filled with great rewards!

Jennifer joined our team in September of 2007, where she started as our receptionist for the retail department. She has also played the role of administrative assistant in our service and sales departments. Currently, Jennifer is the friendly voice you hear when you call M3 Glass Technologies. She loves talking to our customers on a daily basis, and looks forward to the next call. Whether it’s helping coach her boys' baseball teams after work or getting involved in the many challenges we throw her way, Jennifer is always a team player!

Harry has worked as a CSR for many months, and now has transitioned to our production control office.  Among other things, he is responsible for optimizing all the glass for our cnc cutting equipment.

Elaine rejoined M3 Glass technologies January 1, 2009. She returned as Decorative Glass Sales Representative, coordinating the sales of acid etch, DecoTherm, Starphire, anti-reflective glass, pattern glass, laminated glass and other decorative glass products. She has been in the glass industry since 1995. 7 of those years with North American Glass Distributors (formerly SEVASA USA) in Dallas, TX. Prior to that she worked for Mammen Glass, Gardner Glass Products, and Ameristar Glass. Elaine has served on the board of the North Texas Division of the Texas Glass Association since 1999, and as Secretary since 2001.
